Please be aware Pre-Order items will be dispatched as soon as they land in our warehouse.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched SAME DAY - unless you have included pre-order items (see below). Orders after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched next business day. If we foresee a delay in processing your order you will be contacted immediately.
We use Aus Post for all of our shipping. We send all of our parcels with regular post. Express Shipping can be selected at checkout if you need your toys fast!
We use calculated shipping on some of the larger items in our store. Calculated shipping is based on the weight and the delivery location of the order. We provide live shipping rates which are calculated in your cart or during checkout at the time of ordering.
If your order includes pre-order items we will ship your entire order once all toys are available. We DO NOT drop ship, pre-order is available for toys that are in transit to our warehouse and may experience a delay in dispatch - if you are concerned with the time before the item is shipped please reach out.
Orders over $250 (excluding big and bulky orders / items) are FREE!
Orders UNDER $250 incur a $9.95 shipping fee. Order value is calculated after any discounts have been applied.
If your order includes Big and Bulky itemsyour shipping fee will be calculated at checkout to provide you with the best rates based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
