Delivery Policy

Orders UNDER $150 around Australia ( excluding NT) incur a $9.95 shipping fee. 

Orders over $150 (that don't fall into our BIG AND BULKY bracket) are FREE! If you place a large order and due to the size it falls into our Big & Bulky category we will be in touch to discuss options. 

If your order is under $150 we have tried very hard to make delivery as affordable as possible, while offering you speedy and reliable service. You can rest assured that all rates are very competitive.If you have any questions about shipping fees - please don't hesitate to get in touch! 

We use a number of different courier services, in order to be able to offer the most competitive rate.

Once your order is received it will normally be dispatched within the next 1-2 business days. We use a number of different carriers to deliver orders. The carrier used depends on the size and destination of your order. If we foresee a delay in processing your order you will be contacted immediately. 

Along the east coast delivery can be as quick as next day, but it is typically 2 - 3 business days. Unfortunately, as you move more rural or further west shipping can take up to 10 days. You will be sent all information to track your order though - and we are very proactive in contacting our couriers as soon as any delays are noticed. 

Payment Options

We want to make your online toy shopping experience as easy as possible - so we have a number of payment options available. 

Credit Card - processed through our secure payment gateway.

PayPal - easy PayPal integration. 

LayBuy - select the length of your agreement and your deposit and we will ship the order once payment is completed via PayPal. 

AfterPay - you will create an account with AfterPay and we will ship the order and you pay it off over the following weeks. 

Authorised Business Account - once you have been approved for credit we will ship your order with a 14 day invoice included. 


Returns Policy

All products purchased through CleverStuff are covered under a 30 day fuss free return policy. 

Whilst every effort is made by CleverStuff Educational Supplies Pty Ltd to ensure our goods and services conform to the highest standards of quality, we recognize that sometimes problems may occur. If there is a problem with your delivery we need to correct it as quickly as possible to save you any further inconvenience.

CleverStuff Educational Supplies Pty Ltd is under no obligation to accept goods for return (i.e. warranty, replacement or credit claim) and may refuse to at our discretion and without reason.

So that your request for return may be handled as efficiently as possible, we ask that you adhere to the following procedures at all times.

What you must do -

  1. It is your responsibility to check the delivery (if applicable) before signing for delivery. Any discrepancy in the number of cartons received must be noted on the consignment there. The name of the person receiving the goods must be clearly legible at all times.
  2. It is your responsibility to check the goods to the invoice within 72 hours of delivery.
  3. Delicate items, must be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are intact.
  4. Any discrepancy, breakage, damage etc. must be notified to CleverStuff Educational Supplies Pty Ltd by phone, e-mail, or fax within 72 hours of receipt, quoting invoice number, goods code, date and reason. Failure to do so may result in the claim not being recognized.

Goods for Return -

If CleverStuff Educational Supplies Pty Ltd agrees to accept goods, pursuant to the above paragraph/s, we may request that all freight/handling charges be paid for by you. You agree that approval or rejection for warranty claim, replacement or credit, can only be finalized once returned to CleverStuff Educational Supplies Pty Ltd for assessment.

The following reasons are not valid:

  • Goods rendered un-saleable due to price marking and soiling of packaging or contents, within your premises or vehicle/s, other than a fault in manufacture.
  • Overstocking or deleting of goods.
  • Goods received and held for more them three days before claim request notification.
  • Unpackaged goods that left our warehouse with packaging.
  • Goods not accompanied by a proof of purchase.
  • Claims for damages or breakages on consignments that are sent with Australia Post or where freight insurance is not requested, or by your own freight carrier.
  • Goods purchased by you from CleverStuff Educational Supplies Pty Ltd over six months prior may be refused for claim.
