When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 2pm we strive to dispatch it SAME DAY - unless your order includes pre ordered items (see below)! All orders are processed as quickly as possible on business days. You will receive an email one your order is shipped with all tracking information included. 

I wasn't home at time of delivery - what can I do?

If you were not home at the time the parcel was attempted to be delivered you can contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery or find out the collection point if it has been left for you. 

If your order does not get collected or a re-delivery is not arranged in a timely manner, your order may be returned to us. If you would like the order resent to you there is a $9.95 delivery fee for any subsequent shipping on the same order. If you would prefer to cancel your order that can be arranged, less the shipping costs. 

I want a pre-order product - what happens with my order?

If your order includes PRE-ORDER items we will hold your order until all items are available for shipping - this is usually within 7 days. We DO NOT drop ship any items. Pre-order is available for items that are confirmed and in transit to our warehouse from our suppliers. 

I have a discount code - how do I use it? 

At checkout there is a place to enter in your discount code on the right hand side of the page if on desktop, or if you're on a mobile, it's in the drop down menu at the top of the page. It will recalculate the order value for you. Select your shipping and then proceed to payment.

If you have any problems please feel free to get in touch with us so we can help you out as code can not be applied after an order is proceesed! 

In the box below your choices you can include any special instructions for the warehouse crew. This is the place for things like 'please leave order at front door' or 'can I please have a red thinking putty' or 'CleverStuff Rocks!'. 

Oh no! The product I like says Out of Stock! What can I do?

Contact us! Sometimes things sell out, but we either have an order on the way or can easily get it again for you! Sometimes we can't, but we will always try. So please give us a call so we can be sure to look for you.  

I can't add something to my cart! What's going on?

There are a few reasons you might not be able to add something to your cart. It's possible we are out of stock. Sometimes this can happen if two people are shopping for the same thing at the same time. Another reason could be that you are trying to order more than we have in stock - if this is the case you should see a little message that says 'You can only add X of this product to your cart.' 

How will I know my order has been sent?

We pick and pack your order as soon as possible! If you have placed an order before our courier pick up arrives we usually get it out on the same day (courier collection occurs at varying times depending which service we use) - unless you opt to pay by bank deposit, then it will be shipped as soon as payment has settled into the CleverStuff account. We use a number of different carriers to deliver orders. The carrier used depends on the size and destination of your order. If there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Do you post Internationally?

Yes, we can deliver overseas but we will quote on the postage cost after ordering. Please contact us before placing your order.

I live overseas, can I purchase gifts for delivery to my family in Australia?

Yes - you can use your credit card to make your purchase and have the gifts delivered to Australian addresses.

Can the billing and delivery address differ?

Yes - at checkout you have the option of including a separate billing address and delivery address.

Can you send purchases to multiple delivery addresses in Australia?

Yes - however you will need to put the orders through as separate orders.

If my purchase is a gift will the recipient know how much I spent on them?

Please be sure to include a note in the comment section (the page before you pay for your purchase) so we can be sure to remove all price tags and the tax invoice is emailed directly to the email address you registered with us instead of being included. If you miss this box please call us on 1300 552 500 as soon as possible so we can try and remove any invoices before it gets shipped. 

I've changed my mind - what is your returns policy?

We have a no fuss returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (no refund on postage). Please ensure all items are returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us.

My order was damaged during transit - what should I do?

Tell us! We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are not damaged. We also take great care to wrap them carefully. If however, damage occurs during the delivery process please contact us for a replacement or refund.

How can I search for just the right thing?

You can search for items in several ways. The most common is by category - we've tried to make these easy to follow. You can also search by keyword or price. Or better yet, give us a call on 1300552500! Sometimes we can help you work out the perfect item for your loved ones! 

Help - I have no idea what to buy!

We've tried to make gift selection as easy as possible with our birthday ideas. Lots of products to choose from, so we know it can be difficult! If you're still stuck then email or call us on 1300552500 and we'd be glad to make suggestions.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We offer secure payment through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We also offer a direct deposit through our bank facility, and take cheques. We also have AfterPay and ZipPay as our two play now, pay later options.

How much is delivery?

Orders over $150 are FREE! 

We have tried to make delivery as easy and affordable as possible, so we have introduced a new system that will calculate the size and destination of your parcel in order to give you the best possible price. We use a number of different courier services, in order to be able to offer the most competitive rate.
