If for some reason you do not want to keep the toys you purchased, our returns system as simple and hassle free. We do accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase. 

1. Download our RETURNS FORM here and email back to us the form, plus any photos you may need to include (this is if a product is damaged or faulty - change of mind does not require photos) 

2. Package the parcel back up in the box it came in (or a smaller box if you are returning just part of the order). If your order is being returned due to damage or faults, we will email you the return shipping label, if it's for change of mind you can simply pay for the return shipping at an AusPost centre. 

3. Pop the parcel back in the post! Once we receive it we are able to process your refund / store credit / exchange!

Absolutely! We have 30 days no questions asked returns. We want our customers to LOVE their new toys. If for any reason you want to return your toys please reach out.

As soon as you know you don't want an item please let us know. We have 30 day returns to allow you plenty of time to make a choice.

If you want to cancel an order please reach out as soon as possible - we ship fast, so once it's been shipped we are unable to cancel it.

If you choose to cancel an order CleverStuff reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover any charges incurred.
